Recently we launched a poll to see how many of you detox. We found out that some don't know how, so we decided to make a quick guide to detox!

First rule is to juice it up! Drink lots of fruit and vegetable juices, if you can and your health allows it, do a whole day just with juices.

Second, eat more detox food!

Third, eat small quantities and full of healthy ingredients.

Last but not least, drink lots and lots of water!!! :)

This are some guidelines but each person is different, so you can conduct your detox as you wish, the idea is to keep our body as healthy as possible.

Write your comments, advice or doubts!!!

Don't be shy to share.

All the best,

Gilda

I think I should try this to loose some weight, it doesn't look so hard. Thanks @GildaT , @Marcea67 do you have like some recipes you could give me for good smoothies?

@FatAmmy One of my fav in the morning is apple, celery, kiwi and mint, it is really energetic and refreshing. I also like another that is
Spinach, grapes, pineapple, cucumber, ginger and lemon, this gives you plenty of energy and it is supposed to be specific for detox.
Another is apple, beetroot, carrot, cucumber and ginger, this one sometimes I change the apple for tomato and the ginger fro kale and is really good for lunch time also.

As you see it is just matter of what you like and how you want to mix them :)

Hope it helps
