Let's talk about exercise! Do you know what NEAT is?
NEAT stands for "Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis," which refers to the energy expended by the body during all daily activities that are not deliberate exercise or sports-related. Its principle is to combat sedentary behavior and move as much as possible by incorporating daily movements that may seem insignificant, since it's not always easy to regularly engage in intense physical activity.
