Happy new year to you too Kate6897
I agree with so many of the listed resolutions.. But my own resolution no. 1 is to learn to say No more often. I tend to push myself too hard to be there for others, but I burn out from it. So i've gotta take care of myself before I can take care of others!

That's a pretty good (and may I say tough?) resolution, Joshua ! I've been working on it for the past 15 years... I'm getting better but have not completely succeeded yet. I used to be a teacher then a nurse and in both jobs what matters most is The Other, doesn't it ?? Now, I'm just beginning to take care of myself, listen to my needs and funny enough I'm now, somehow, more available for others ! It's a log way though.... Keep going !!!!
Here is a link that may give you a few clues !!!!

I agree Kate6897, very tough resolution that Joshua is up for! Made that resolution years ago, and still working on refining it lol. I think it is very insightful of you Joshua and I hope all the best for you. It is so important to listen to yourself and not care what others think. I I hope you will manage to find your way.
As for me... My resolution is to start doing yoga (a little more simple... ) I used to do it, but got out of the routine and I miss moving my body.
And thanks for sharing the No-article Kate! It is brilliant!
