Self-care is an important part of dealing with mental health issues, and just in general. I don't know if any of you will watch this, but I have made a video on my YouTube channel where I give some self care tips! Hope it helps :)

I think self care is very important, good diet ,exercising daily, getting enough rest etc

Agree self care for any illness is important. Helps long standing conditions , and try to think positive,even on bad days
