Hello everyone 🌿,

How are you today?

Mental health is being discussed more and more in society, yet it often remains a taboo topic in the workplace. Fear of being judged, left out, or misunderstood leads many people to stay silent about their psychological struggles.

💬 What do you think?

  • Would you dare to talk about your anxiety or mental distress with your manager or colleagues?
  • Do you believe the professional world is truly ready to address these issues without stigma?
  • And what concrete actions could help promote mental well-being at work?

Your stories and experiences could really help other members — feel free to share your thoughts in the comments 🤗

Have a lovely day,
Somya from the Carenity Team 🌞

We should definitely talk about mental health at work. Management have a duty of care to their employees. The problem is a lot of small companies don't invest in their staff and use cheap resources or less qualified resources to help with employees mental health. Most companies don't care about their employees mental health it's all about profits.

@Jonbon31 You make such an important point, it’s frustrating when smaller companies overlook that, especially when employee well-being directly affects morale and productivity. What kind of actions you think could make the biggest difference in the workplace?
