I do feel overwhelmed with everything out there! I may research things, but use my own judgement with what I have, I feel also that one thing doesn't work for everyone. The amount of time I've had MS I would like to do things or try something but I just haven't! Being scared or just to think about I change my mind. I'm doing ok the way I am right now! And there is no cure

Hi everyone π How are you doing today?
Living with a chronic illness often means spending hours reading articles, advice, comments, and medical guidelines, and sometimes, they all say different things.
From changing diets and new treatments to lifestyle tips or βmiracle cures,β the constant stream of information can get confusing, even discouraging.
π¬ So, what about you?
