@Courtney_J I think it's nice to take advantage of what your region produces. I'm in Scotland so it's nice to enjoy the things we're proud of and lucky to have naturally. Salmon, trout, squat lobster, local cheese, I could go on and on. I try to go to the farmers market each week but sometimes things get in the way and I end up at Sainsburys.

Hello everyone,
How are you doing?![emoticon cute](https://member.carenity.co.uk/static/themes-v3/default/javascripts/vendor/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/cute.png)
Eating locally means supporting our local producers who sell fresh, seasonal products; products that are allowed to properly ripen and are therefore richer in nutrients! It can also allow you to vary your diet throughout the year.
What do you think? Do you eat locally-produced and/or seasonal products? Why or why not? Do you know of any added benefits of eating this way?
Feel free to share your thoughts here!
Take care,
Courtney
