Hi everyone 👋
Hope you're doing great!
As people live longer, how can we make sure those extra years are also lived well?
Good to know 🔎 : Healthy ageing does not necessarily mean living without any health conditions. It can also mean being able to stay independent, maintain relationships, make your own choices, keep doing activities that matter to you, and feel involved in everyday life.
And “living well” can mean something completely different from one person to another. For some, it might be staying physically active. For others, it could mean spending time with family, keeping a hobby, travelling, learning something new, or simply being able to manage daily life independently.
As you get older, what matters most to you when you think about living well?
Is there something you do now that you hope will help you stay independent, active or connected in the years ahead?
