Thank you for information. I follow my gut feeling and know the triggers for my epilepsy and other health issues. Knowing one's body means so much. Listen to it and you'll then be able to gain control.

Hello everyone,
How are you today?
You're directly affected by a chronic illness, so you know that it's crucial to cultivate a connection with your body.
This ability to perceive and understand the body's internal signals is called interoception. It is an essential ally in the day-to-day management of your health. By actively listening to your body, you can better anticipate needs, identify potential triggers and take preventive measures to improve your well-being. However, it is also important to strike a balance between listening carefully and following medical recommendations.
Are you aware of the signals your body sends you on a daily basis? What benefits have you seen from listening more closely to your body in managing your chronic illness? Can you tell when you are about to flare? Do you know to limit your activities before pushing yourself over the edge?
Don't hesitate to share your experiences in the comments section below!
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team
