@Tracyfuss Hello Tracyfuss, the Government has advised that people who are at high risk ask their friends, family or neighbours to help with picking up shopping and medicines. Anyone delivering these things to you should leave them outside your door.
If you need help getting deliveries of essentials, the Government has set up a site where you can register to get corona virus support: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus-extremely-vulnerable
I hope this helps! If anyone else has any tips, feel free to chime in!
Take care,
Courtney

The Gov site only lets extremely vulnerable sign up.

It's all just for for England the help for elderly and vulnerable/disabled. We are from wales and I have many chronic health conditions and immune conditions, also meds that lower my immune system. The only other person is my partner in our home and he also have an immune condition and is on multiple immune suppression meds. So very different times, essentially when family are in the same position. Thoughts are with everyone, stay safe all
