Hello everyone, how are you today? 😊

Every life is a story in progress: full of chapters, plot twists, unexpected characters, and lessons learned. Living with a chronic illness only deepens the richness of that story. You don’t need to be a celebrity or public figure to have a powerful life narrative, your experiences, challenges, and triumphs are meaningful, inspiring, and entirely your own. 📚✨

So, if your life were a book, what would the title be? Would it be funny, dramatic, poetic, or straight to the point? What would it say about who you are, what you've been through, or what you've overcome?

👉 Would it focus on strength? Humour? Healing?

👉 Do you already have a title in mind, or would it depend on the next chapter?

The life of a carer would be my title I would say carers go unnoticed and are lonely there time is giving to loved ones who need help with daily tasks and needs and carers think of others not themselves they don't want to ask for help as I felt probably like many other carers it's the duty to care for loved ones I have cared for loved ones for years and I still am in a caring role my health isn't good now but I do the best I can and expect no thanks do other carers feel the same

I started my story to give to my grandson when I'm gone and it's titled :

Anything That Can Go Wrong...

Mainly because in our family, we seem to go through periods where everything goes wrong, from the smallest thing to major life changes! But, we laugh in the face of adversity and face it with humour; no matter what, positivity is the order of the day, no point in saying 'Why me?' because whatever it is, has happened and nothing we can do about it. Carry on regardless and make the best of the situation.

We all have crappy autoimmune issues, we're all in pain every day, but what is the point in being miserable about it? We're alive, have a roof over our head, food and water, lucky enough to have a car and most of all, we have love.

Life is for living, do it, no matter what!
