Hi everyone, hope you’re doing well today 😊

Sometimes, reconnecting with a happy memory from childhood can remind us of who we are at our core: the joyful, imaginative, strong people we've always been.

💭 So, what’s one of your favourite childhood memories? Was it a holiday or birthday you’ll never forget? A silly or heartwarming moment with family or friends? Or a place you loved to go or something you loved to do?

What made that moment so special to you? And do you still carry anything from that memory with you today, like a feeling, a lesson, or a sense of comfort?

Even when our present-day lives feel heavy, revisiting meaningful memories can bring us a sense of peace and remind us of our resilience.

Looking forward to reading your stories, and celebrating those beautiful moments with you 💙

Take care,

Somya from the Carenity Team 🌼

My two sisters and brother and I used to go to Dawlish Warren on a Sunday morning if it was nice for a few hours while mum got dinner ready. We would run around in our wellies with our buckets and spades making sand castles and collecting shells(you could back then) On the anniversary of his passing I go there to reflect and just feel at peace like it is my happy place so to speak. He has been gone two years now.

I didn't have many good childhood memories as my mum and Dad were always at work
