i have a lot of unresolved sexual trauma from a past relationship where i was consistently made to feel bad for not initiating or not being very receptive to the point that i completely shut down whenever intimacy came up, there was just so much guilt around it and i still feel like i'm broken or not good enough to date another person in the future. i 'm quite sure i was manic earlier in the relationship and hypersexual so it created the expectatoin of sex in his mind for the remainder of it. now i basically have low libido in both phases, the trauma is too much. i'm scared i'll never be in a healthy relationship ever again.
