I've had bipolar disorder for many years now so I thought I'd share some words of hope with you all. There were many dark days, decades really. But there is hope! I am a success story! It is possible to live a full, happy and productive life with bipolar.
Let's share some of our successes and how we achieved them.
I think Carrie Fisher said it best:
"At times, being bipolar can be an all-consuming challenge, requiring a lot of stamina and even more courage, so if you’re living with this illness and functioning at all, it’s something to be proud of, not ashamed of. They should issue medals along with the steady stream of medication" xx
