@dippyclare Hi, I'm so sorry about your mum. I think it's important that you try to be strong for her, but in order to do that you need to make sure to take care of yourself. Make sure you talk with someone (be it your husband or a professional) about how you're feeling and try to process all the emotions. Wishing you all the best.

My mum has been newly diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and i honestly dont know what to do.
We've been told its matastsised everywhere but I wanna be positive around her and help her as I have given up work to be her carer but I'm struggling getting out of bed this morning as we've another hospital appmt and I would like to ask other people how they've coped with close family members being ill and how they've kept on top of there depression as this rollercoaster of emotions is getting out of control
