I have had a mastectomy in May and recovered well I'm really lucky as I don't need chemo or radiotherapy just have to take tamoxifen for 10 years. The only problem I seem to have is being tired I simply have no energy I went back to work for a week and just couldn't do it. Any one else had this problem and any ideas how to get my energy back

Hi @Rachey,

Glad to hear you are in no need of chemo or radiotherapy.

There is an article we published recently on cancer-related fatigue and exercise, you can read it while you are waiting for other members to answer: https://member.carenity.co.ukhttps://www.carenity.co.uk/forum/other-discussions/living-with-cancer/cancerrelated-fatigue-exercise-psychological-t-1644.

And here is a discussion where a member is asking others to share their experience with Tamoxifen: https://member.carenity.co.ukhttps://www.carenity.co.uk/forum/other-discussions/living-with-breast-cancer/tamoxifen-1796

Hope you will get some feedback soon!

Kind regards,

Margarita
