Hello Im dealing with pain on a daily basis. I meditate with this wonderful app I have found and it does help.  Anybody out there doing the same and is it working for you 💗

Hi Boxofrogs, 

I've been trying the meditation thing, but it really isn't working for me!! I've dabbled with "Headspace" which do seem quite good but it's a very hit and miss experience. I don't have the necessary concentration powers. I've had a try at Tai Chi which is going well so far

@maddoglady @Boxofrogs‍ As I spend a lot of time looking up health articles, time and time again Tai Chi comes up as a very helpful aid in pain management.
