Thank you so much for sharing your story. It takes a lot of strength to open up about what you’re going through, and it sounds incredibly frustrating. You’ve been walking through pain for years, doing everything right like staying active and taking your meds, but still feeling like something’s getting worse. The freezing feet you're describing, especially with pins and needles, can be signs that circulation isn’t reaching your feet as well as it should, which, as you know, is a big concern with PAD. You're not alone in feeling dismissed when the response is just more blood pressure checks and cholesterol tests.

Has anyone else here been living with PAD for a while? Have you experienced symptoms like freezing feet, cramps, or pins and needles that seem to be getting worse? What kind of support or advice have you received from your GP or specialist?

I’ve booked an appointment with GP tomorrow. I really feel that this condition isn’t monitored enough. I had the ankle test a while back and thankfully that was ok. Sometimes I can walk ok and other times the cramps are bad. Thanks for your support
