Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have never been part of any online community, but I decided to try and see how it goes.

I've been using oxygen for a while now. At the beginning it was ok but lately my nose has become drier than usual, it's itchy and I sneeze a lot. It's really uncomfortable. Besides, I wear my mask each time I go out, so it's like I'm sneezing myself in the face.

I have a humidifier in my bedroom, but I guess it is of no use, since my throat has been dry as well.

What can I do about this dryness? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi thank you all for your answers.

My nose is still a mess, dr says it's nothing and will pass, I should air the rooms better, etc, but also thinks I need to be tested for indoor allergies.
