Hi, does anybody do sport here? How do you manage to adapt it to pain, toilet visits and flare ups? I mean, what's with regularity?

Hi, i run on routes through woods, come to aid once, where there are places with public toilets come to my aid twice. Do boot camp where there is a bathroom has helped a couple of times, but i find i cannot just decide to do something on the spur of the moment.

Hi @Crouchie how often do you run? i'm not really a fan of running but I guess I could give it a try
