As I am getting older I start feeling a lot more depressed. On top of all my emotions now I also feel nostalgic in a bad way. I feel like I wasted my life. Does anyone have that? How to feel better?

Hi @rainbow768

Getting older is tough, and many feel a bit blue about it. I don't think we can ever look back and feel like life was wasted, every experience and choice has led us to where we are today. I understand the difficulty though, as I believe many of our Carenity members can relate. Let me tag a few more people to get more perspectives and to expand the conversation.

Do you ever get nostalgic? Do you reflect on your life choices? Does it make you depressed or glad to have experienced life? How do you put these feelings into perspective?

Let's share!

Take care,

Lizzi from the Carenity team
