Hello everyone just wanted to introduce myself. I have fibromyalgia and was diagnosed in 2011. I am on various medication but recently they have not been working so have just started taking Tramadol and nortriptyline which has helped tremendously just trying to get used to the side effects. I am so glad that I have found this site as it feels as though I am not alone. I have also learnt a lot more about this "invisible disability.

I joined this part of this group to support my daughter who following a minor accident developed fibromyalgia almost overnight .She is on that many pain killers it is ridiculous but she won't give in , is a brilliant mum to her 5 year old daughter Amethyst , a supportive partner to Craig and a fantastic daughter . I have arthritis so use a stuck as well so we make a good pair but we both enjoy life to the best of our ability
