I know it's a bit of a tabout subject but hey we all suffer from it so why don't we talk? how is everybody dealing with it? It gets me really frustrated I'm scared of it each time I go out..

Me too and because of my embarrassment I restrict my fluid intake,which I know is not good for me, plus this makes me constipated! You can't win with ms ?
