Hi all. Not been on here a while. Yes I agree showering does take time and effort. I try to show at least 3/4 times a week. I have one bed ground floor flat with Raven Housing, been here 10 years come September. I had a wet room installed about 7 years ago, one of the best things I’ve done. Non slip flooring, plethora of hand rails, toilet seat, folding chair in shower area. Lovely. Still does take a lot of energy just to stand in shower and let water run over me, let alone wash myself. MS is fun is it not?
Nice though to then come out other side feeling clean and refreshed. In short, doing it hard work, but feel better after. Life is weird right?

Hi everyone,
Daily hygiene can become a real challenge with MS; fatigue, dizziness, weakness, or temperature sensitivity can turn a simple shower into a daunting task. But many people have found ways to adapt their routine and feel safer and more comfortable.
