Hi,

I have had NASH for the last couple of years. I quit alcohol sometime ago and I have tried to lose weight by trying to be more active and eating healthier. Are there food which can help the liver in particular? I am trying to turn vegetarian as well but it is hard to switch from meat. Normally I don't feel any pain but sometimes when I try to do some physical activity like walking or climbing stairs, it hurts near my stomacH. Any tips are appreciated!
