Hi, I was diagnosed at the beginning of the year and I've been managing rather well despite the chaos of lockdown and everything else. But recently since lockdown I've been really struggling with fatigue. I can barely step out of bed in the morning and by 2:00 I struggle to keep my eyes open.

Has anyone else been through this? I didn't know that fatigue was part of NASH so I wonder if it may be something else... How do you deal with the fatigue if you also have it?

Thank you for any replies xx

@vivi1975 Hello vivi1975, thank you for opening this discussion. I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with fatigue. Last year we conducted a survey on chronic fatigue among Carenity members, you may find it helpful: Chronic Fatigue: Patients' Experiences and Solutions.

Hi members, how are you today? emoticon cute Do you suffer from chronic fatigue? Do you think it's related to NASH? What do you do to cope with it?

@vivi1975 I struggle with this as well, I think it's common among us NASH patients. My doctor more or less told me that there's nothing we can do about it. I've tried to improve my sleep to help it, so I've cut out caffeine and alcohol entirely and I try turn off my screens by 8 each night. I also try to get a good walk or hike in each day to help, but it's not always possible, especially in the winter months.
