Hello. I'm new on here. O have had a scan and it reveals Nash. I asked the radiographer if that was what was causing the pain in my upper abdomen she said she doubts it.

Does anyone know if this is a thing With this disease? It's a horrible poison under and around right side Rob area. Came on suddenly and hasn't gone. Really stabbing pain.

@Gaynore Hello dear, I'm also new to Nash., so i'm not an expert. I also have pain in my upper right side so I think it's a common problem among us patients. Unless it's severe Nash often doesn't have many noticeable symptoms, so it often goes unnoticed and untreated. My pain isn't a stabbing pain but more of a mild constant one. If yous is truly unbearable like it sounds, I've give your GP a ring.

@Lindy3012 Yes that's it exactly! Like a pulled muscle or a very deep stitch in my side. I try to take some over the counter pain medicines like ibuprofen or naproxen or sometimes a warm compress helps.

Hello I’m new here. I regularly have pain in my upper right side around rib cage and into my back. I find it’s triggered with too much sugar, it’s a constant pain that doesn’t seem to let up. It come in waves. I can have the pain for weeks then it will go away for a little while but does come back.
