Hi everyone 🌿

Daily stress can take a toll on your entire body, and for many living with NASH, it may even play a role in how your liver behaves. Whether it shows up in your bloodwork, fatigue levels, or digestion, stress often has a way of making symptoms worse.

💬 So let’s talk about it:

  • Have you ever noticed a connection between your stress levels and your liver symptoms or test results?
  • What helps you feel more calm or supported during tough times?
  • Do your loved ones play a role in helping you manage stress?

Your stories could really help others in the community feel less alone, and maybe even discover a new way to care for their liver and mind 🌱

Take care,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼

Knowing my luck, it’s the job stress that’s landed me with NASH. Retirement can’t come soon enough..
