Foreskin sensitivity

i have a foreskin but still suffer a thrush like symptoms, if its really bad I have aa prescribed cream Fucibet . for milder attacks Vaseline or sudo, or just wash the old boy in clean water when you pee helps. I pee many times a day and I feel it might be toxic due  to all the medication I take.

thanks, I am using vaseline as a barrier and to be fair it almost does the job but it gets rubbed off
