I usually only get my psoriasis on my top-half: elbows, arms, and stomach. In the lifetime I've had psoriasis, I've never had it on my scalp before. except in my most recent flare. My head was insanely itchy, I got prescribed special shampoo.

Do you always get your plaques in the same areas of the body?

Hello @happypanda! How are you?

Thank you for starting this discussion! Someone I know has psoriasis and for him, it usually starts in the same spots and if he is stressed out or not applying the creams then it can progress to new areas. I will ask some members who might want to share their experiences as well!

Hello everyone! How are you feeling today?

Do you always get your plaques in the same areas of the body? How do you deal with flare-ups? Do you use a special shampoo to reduce psoriasis?

Take care,

Polina from the Carenity team
