My condition is getting worse arthritis is spreading to all of my joints now I feel limited to what I can do now I feel tired a lot I feel I'm using more energy to get about yet if I don't move I feel stiff my knees and left hip are clicking now had a x-ray been told they are not a critical stage like my left hip was any one going through similar

Has anyone experienced arthritis spreading to multiple joints, and how do you manage the increased fatigue and pain? What strategies have you found helpful to balance activity and rest when dealing with joint stiffness and pain?
