Hello @yolanda, thank you for opening this discussion! We wrote an article a while ago about intermittent fasting that you may find helpful: Intermittent fasting and chronic illness: Everything you need to know!
Intermittent fasting can be a helpful tool to help one lose weight, but for diabetics it must be done carefully as any major change in eating habits could affect blood sugar levels. Make sure to ask your doctor if it's a good choice for you.
Has anyone else tried intermittent fasting? Has it helped you in any way - your diabetes, your digestion, your weight, your overall relationship with food? If you haven't, is it something you would be interested in trying?

I was just reading an article about intermittent fasting and it mentioned that it could be beneficial in diabetes. Has anyone tried it themselves? I'll be asking my GP about it but I thought I would check here first
