Hi

I have TD2 and eating out is part of my lifestyle (I’m in sales and am always out to dinners on business). Does anyone have tips for how to choose better options?

Hi @henrick

How are you today?

Diets are always hard to follow when eating out. The options and temptations not to mention, things that sounds healthy may contain additional salt, fats, etc. in the cooking process. This is a great discussion question, thanks for posting. I will tag a few other members who share their experiences .

How do you chose meals when eating out? What do you look for? What do you try to avoid?

Any advice you can provide for @henrick would be great!

Take care,

Lizzi
