Hey there, howโ€™s everyone doing? ๐Ÿ˜Š

We all know physical activity helps manage type 2 diabetes, but when youโ€™re tired, busy, or just not feeling it, staying active can feel like a challenge.

Do you walk, stretch, dance, clean, garden, or move in other ways?

Have you found a routine that feels realistic and doable for you?

What benefits, big or small, have you noticed since getting more movement in?

Even small steps count. Letโ€™s inspire each other with real-world tips and gentle motivation.

Warmly,

Somya from the Carenity team ๐ŸŒผ
