Hello everyone,

How are you today? emoticon cute

Whether it be due to lack of time, embarassment or fear, it can sometimes be difficult to ask our doctor or specialist the questions that are on our mind.

So, if you could ask your endocrinologist one question right now, what would it be? What would like like to know about type 2 diabetes?

I'm not sure what others would ask, but I'd be interested to hear what he or she thinks about the latest research or advances in diabetes. With Covid we've seen all the vaccines developed and brought to market so quickly with great results and its made me wonder why we haven't seen big advances like that in diabetes. Obviously a global pandemic taking millions of lives is different circumstances, but I just wonder if after all of this researchers will be able to take note and get things moving for us. I haven't heard anything much in recent years about diabetes so I'm curious if he or she would know anything upcomig for diabetes.

@Courtney_J

The question is why someone would refuse to see a specialist like a endocrinologist if you were refered to one by your GP or hospital.
