The NHS continuously succeeds as being considered one of the best healthcare systems in the world. In a survey done in 2017, they were in the top ten in the world.

With such world wide admiration, do you agree with the praise? What would you change about the NHS if you could? What do you appreciate and what do you hate? Please share below!

NHS is a wonderful system, but unfortunately it does not have the required funding. There is always an acute shortage of Nurses and doctors. The waiting list initiative gets longer and longer and patients are having to wait for a long time for routine surgery such as Knee and Hip replacements and many other. The nurses and junior doctors are way underpaid for the long hours and the hard work they put in. I am a retired qualified nurse myself, and have worked under very stressful conditions. We often don't have time for our meal or coffee brakes, we don't even have time to go to the loo when needed, because patients always come first and your needs are put behind. All this is because of the acute shortage of staff and that is down to not enough funding. Yes the NHS is wonderful, but sadly it lacks the necessary funding. That is my view any way. Does any one agree with me on this?
