I had one once and it wasn't pretty. I stoped taking care of what I ate and I had an hypoglycemic episode, not pretty either and really dangerous. Now I have a nutritionist, yes it costs more but she is in my case all the time and changes my diet frequently so I don't get boreth.

It is really important to take care, now I know!

yes I had burn out was a Taxi Driver came home one night collapsed, it was a period of hot weather and TV Said drink plenty and I drunk plenty no matter how much I drunk I was still thirsty I drunk water, Lucozade, sprite, milk, coke, water, when I got home I fell asleep and was rushed to hospital and put in a coma for three weeks yep burnt out.

No not as yet. I take my  tablets daily. So am fine at the moment.
