Am interested in hearing from the ladies out there that have noticed a difference in their skin during the menopause & if so what they use. Thank you.

Hello @Becķy-3 , thank you for opening this discussion! I've moved it to our Women's Health group for more visibility. emoticon cute

Hello ladies, how are you today? Have any of you noticed a difference in your skin during and after menopause? How has it changed? Is it more dry? Oily? More sensitive? Do you use any particular skin products?

I've had allergies for years and found that during menopause my skin has definitely got drier. I use hypoallergenic cream, soap, shampoo, etc. due to the allergies. I've found the Simple range suitable, together with Vaseline Intensive Repair cream as a body cream.

Being on epilepsy medication, my hair has thinned out due to the side effects of the medication, and can only hope that now I'm on a new one, this won't be so extensive.

Thank you all for the comments & info. I am going to start HRT soon so wondered if anyone had noticed a difference in their skin who have taken/or are on it also.

Much appreciated.
