Physiotherapy is a type of treatment that helps patients improve mobility, balance and meet your specific needs in terms of movement. It has many  other benefits, including managing bladder problems, muscle stiffness and pain.

Physiotherapy can be done in hospital or at home, if you have difficulties coming to the hospital.

Have you already been treated by physiotherapy? If yes, share your experiences with other patients: what was the purpose of your physiotherapy? how many sessions have you had so far ? where was the physiotherapy performed?

Thank you in advance for sharing!

Hello everyone,

How are you today? Have you seen this older discussion? emoticon cute

Have any of you tried physiotherapy to help with your MS? Could you tell us about it? Has or did it help with your gait, your balance, or something else?

I try and do a bit of exercise each day, it 100% helps with gait and balance.  I don't wobble nearly as much.  Do as your physiotherapists tell you!!
