@Jayneledsham I'm not on steroids anymore, I've been on Azapress and Entyvio for a while now and they've helped my UC quite a bit. Before I was on them my doctor would give me antispasmodics or antidiarrhoeals like imodium. But you have to be careful antidiarrhoeals because they can make UC worse sometimes. Have you asked your doctor about it?
