Hello everyone,
How are you today?
Diet plays a crucial role in the management of polycystic ovary syndrome.
Numerous scientific studies have highlighted two main drivers of PCOS: chronic inflammation and insulin resistance. Both lead to the overproduction of androgens, the cause of PCOS. And both mechanisms are strongly linked to diet.
What changes have you made to your diet? What benefits have these changes had on your symptoms?
Don't hesitate to share and exchange in the comments below!
Have a nice day,
Lizzi from the Carenity" team
