Hello everyone,
I hope you're doing well.
The main symptoms of PCOS are menstrual cycle abnormalities, increase in body hair, and acne. Diagnosis is derived by a hormone test and, if necessary, an abdominal ultrasound. Complications of the condition can include being overweight and infertility.
What symptoms prompted you to seek medical advice? Which doctors did you see before being diagnosed with PCOS?
Feel free to share and exchange in the comments below!
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity" team
