Hi everyone 👋,
If you live with eczema, you may know how frustrating it can be when your skin suddenly starts itching, feeling dry or becoming irritated, especially when you can't immediately work out why.
Sometimes the trigger is obvious. Other times, it can take weeks, months or even longer to notice a pattern.
Maybe you changed your laundry detergent and didn't make the connection at first. Perhaps colder weather, sweating, stress, a new skincare product, certain fabrics or something else seemed to make your skin worse.
And then there's the frustrating part: something that affects one person's eczema might not bother someone else's skin at all.
Since October is Eczema Awareness Month, I thought this would be a good opportunity to compare experiences rather than just talk about eczema symptoms.

Maybe someone reading the discussion is still trying to understand their own triggers, so feel free to share what you've learned from your experience.
