I personally adore taking a hot bath whenever I'm stressed or tired. I add some essential oils, and it calms me down.

Hi all, I'd like to know if there is somebody else out there whose uc is triggered by stress.
I'm often under stress for work, and all the other things like my kids, my parents, my doctor's appointments and stuff, and it always worsens my symptoms. How can I cope with it, how can I manage to calm myself down and stop worrying? Any advice?
