I still get migraines but not as bad as I used to but I do find it does help a bit but since having breast cancer I do feel and get very  tired  but I also get hot flushes and I do find it very hard to sleep as I'm coughing continuously because of having emphysema and sometimes have to wear my sleeve and glove for my lymphoedema, but I wear these continuously in the day time but this also doesn't help with my hot flushes
