I suffer osteoporosis arthritis and lymphoedema I wear a sleeve and a glove if I go out I use a rolator so when I get breathless,and start aching then I can sit down on it to rest I also have a stick that I use round the house and a mobility scooter to go down to the beach but I never go out on my own I always have my trevor to help me I cant go to far or walk to far as having loads of other illnesses it's hard I take a risdronate once a week  with a full glass of water and calcium chewable tablets every day for my osteoporosis arthritis
