Hi everyone I was diagnosed in April this year with breast cancer early stages thank god. Had a mastectomy and reconstruction on the same day.  I'm positive to estrogen. Can't remember the right terminology so forgive me. Will post it later. I'm on tomoxifin. Suffering side effects but counteracting with sage (menoforce)for hot flushes and magnesium for the cramps. The tiredness gets me sometimes but I think a positive attitude is the key. Night sleep is disrupted haven't found cure yet but will keep trying. Hope this helps someone

Both of you are at that difficult time waiting results and treatment being decided. Hope it all happens soon and treatment gets under way. Just hang on in there.  All best wishes

Thanks you for the messages. Always gives me a boost. We definitely need to be kind to ourselves and have a good cry if we need to. I just want my life back. As you all know the waiting is the hardest part.
