I haven't really given up food. Just the alcohol and I do feel a bit better for that

I haven’t changed my diet but I drink minimum alcohol nowadays. I take Warfarin on a daily basis and will do so indefinitely.

I have always had a healthy life style. I exercise regularly, do not smoke or drink alcohol. So haven't given up on any thing. I don't have sugar nor eat puddings and eat hardly any salt. I have very little red meat and mainly eat chicken turkey and fish as well as take fish oil supplements I haven't got a heart condition as such but i do have raised cholesterol and hypertension
