I've told the people at work, some of them are very understanding but I still feel like some of them judge me and think I'm making stuff up to get sympathy. I ca'nt look at screens a very long time, need to go for breaks and just shut my eyes for relief. Working from home is a blessing.

Hi everyone,
For many people living with migraine, work can become a major source of stress, or even a trigger. And at the same time, migraine symptoms can make it difficult to concentrate, keep up with tasks, or maintain a regular work schedule.
