Hello @Sickofpainβ, thank you for opening this discussion! Do you have chronic migraines, or do you think they're a result of stress or your other medications? Recovering from a migraine the day after can be tough. Let me tag some other members who can possibly share with you.
Hi everyone, have you ever experienced a migraine "hangover" like @Sickofpainβ describes? If so, what does it feel like for you? Is there anything you do or take to feel better after a migraine?

I always feel out of sorts at least one day following a migraine, I always feel completely knackered and have a hard time kicking things into gear. It can send me into a depressive episode too. My doctor always told me to make sure that I'm hydrated during a migraine attack and in the days afterwards and it seems to help (when I can keep the water down). Caffeine helps me too, so I keep the kettle on in the days after.

On Friday I started with the symptoms of a migraine, yesterday evening it developed into a full blown migraine 10 minutes after I had taken a migraine tablet (imigran) and my warfarin medication. As a result I was violently sick and consequently didn't keep the medication down. I'm relatively new to taking warfarin and my INR has been 1.7 seconds this week when it needs to be between 2 and 3 seconds. I went to the clinic this morning and my INR has gone up by 1 to 1.8, thankfully only just making it so I don't need to have the fragmin injections thankfully.
Today I feel extremely mentally and physically exhausted, weak and wobbly.
In all not having a good day and still have university work to continue with π
